"Some stories are true that never happened." - Elie Weisel
We all carry a wound.
Some carry many.
Healed or still raw,
they are our soft spots.
We shield those places,
that are delicate, fragile.
We build walls around them
to protect them, and prevent
them from being knocked.
For although old wounds
mend and leave their scars,
Sometimes just the tiniest touch,
can open them up again.
And all the pain,
can come flooding back.
As if it had never been gone.

I can never remember where Chiron is on my natal chart, so no hope of noticing transits...
I liked your illustration of the human form and clean sweeping broom...
Thanks Jinksy.
I love your interpretation of the picture, it 'felt' right to accompany this post but I hadn't thought 'why'. Thanks for that.
Good to see you here, thanks for visiting. :-)
Hi Susannah, i have stumbled across your blog and i like your title, The Lion and the lightening bolt, my first thought was Leo Sun conjunct Uranus? Ene way, my Sun is 0 degree Pisces? So i have alot to learn from you. : ) I love your blog.
Hi Merlene and thank you for visiting. Yes you are right I have Sun conjunct Uranus in Leo. :-)
0 Pisces Sun, so you must have just been through a chiron transit, and now have Neptune too. How is it going?
Please pop in again, it is good to meet you. :-)
Where exactly was Chiron's wound? Transiting Chiron is conjunct my natal Jupiter, and I have somehow developed a pain in my right hip that puts a "hitch in my gitalong".
